Cascadia Valuation provides commercial & residential appraisal services in the South Puget Sound and Southwestern Washington areas. Please see the fee schedule below for what I typically charge for different types of properties. Also note that these fees do not account for complexities such as wetlands or functional obsolescence which may impact value and require a broadened scope of work:

Restricted Format Reports:

  • Residential Land- 1 acre or less: $750
  • Single Family Residence: $700

Summary Narrative Reports:

  • Duplex: $1,500
  • Rural Residential  Land- 10 to 20 Acres: $1,500
  • Single Family Residential Land- 1 to 10 acres $1,500
  • Multi-Family Residential Land- 1 acre or less: $1,500
  • Triplex or 4-plex: $1,500
  • Agricultural Land- 20 acres or less: $2,000
  • Commercial/Industrial Land- 2 acres or less: $2,000
  • Sub-Dividable Land- 1 to 20 Acres: $2,500
  • Short Plat Subdivision- 12 lots or less: $2,500
  • Agricultural Land- 20 to 100 Acres: $3,000
  • Improved Commercial Property- Less than 3,000 SF Building: $2,500
  • Improved Industrial Property- less than 5,000 SF Building/Warehouse: $2,500
  • Apartments- 10 to 20 units: $2,500
  • Improved Commercial Properties from 3,000 – 10,000 SF: $3,000
  • Equestrian Properties/Ranches less than 10 acres and less than 20 stalls: $3,000
  • Improved Industrial Properties from 5,000 – 10,000 SF: $3,000
  • Subdivision- 12 to 40 lots: $3,500
  • Large Ranches and Farms exceeding 40 acres: $3,500+
  • Large Equestrian Properties exceeding 40 stalls and 20 acres $3,500+
