- Improved Commercial Properties from 3,000 – 10,000 SF: $3,000
- Equestrian Properties/Ranches less than 10 acres and less than 20 stalls: $3,000

- Subdivision- 12 to 40 lots: $3,500
- Large Ranches and Farms exceeding 40 acres: $3,500+
