What a journey! In 2018 I started the path to obtain my designation with the Appraisal Institute and and after a challenging set of tests and hundred of hours of studying and writing I can finally call myself an MAI. My friends an family were incredibly supportive during this process and I can’t than them enough. This is merely the start of a new chapter in my professional career and I am eager to learn more and progress!

MAI Designation complete!
Update 5/1: Taking MAI Course but Ready for New Work
I am taking one of my MAI classes which requires 5 hours of my time from Monday through Thursday until May 10th. However, I am ready to receive new bids/work and can offer a 3 week turnaround. Once I finish my class I will be able to produce reports in two weeks or less.
Update 4/5/18: A Busy Month
I am currently occupied with two appraisals with approaching deadlines and will be busy until the end of April. I am also taking one of my MAI classes in early May which will impact my schedule from Monday-Thursday for two weeks. Please allow a 4-5 week turnaround. Thank you for understanding my position; I want to be as transparent as possible. I am grateful to have received this much work in such a short period. It really does rain in April! ~Bret
