My name is Bret Hanover, MAI, and I am the founder of Cascadia Valuation.
In 2017 I formed Cascadia Valuation after spending five years working with other appraisal firms. My first appraisal as Cascadia Valuation was for a sizeable estate in which I was challenged with valuing several different property types including easement encumbered land and a going concern business valuation. I managed to provide my client with a quality product at a reasonable price. I am and always will be committed to providing reasonable fees for my clients.
I am a Washington native and have lived here all my life. I love it here, especially during spring when the flowers and trees began to bud after a long, wet winter. I like to golf, hike, garden and do many other outdoor activities. I have a passion for obtaining knowledge and can often be found reading late into the night.
I am a Univesity of Washington grad with a B.A. in business administration. I obtained my State Certification in early 2017. After a couple of years of very hard work I have obtained my MAI destination. My next goal is to gain an ARA (Accredited Rural Appraiser) designation due to my frequent forays into the equestrian and agricultural fields.
